Trading Made Simple: Manage Your Account Online (Part 1)

Welcome to the first part of our guide on managing your Trade Network account online. In this article, we'll explore some of the key features of our software that make account management a breeze.


Now, let's dive in!


First, once you're logged in, navigate to the "Account Management" section. The software offers a large suite of account management tools neatly organized in a horizontal slider menu. Let's start by exploring the "History" feature.

Transaction History

Your Transaction History is conveniently displayed in this section, allowing you to access detailed records of all your past transactions.


You can generate custom reports for any date range and effortlessly export them to Excel or PDF for seamless bookkeeping, download monthly statements, and see past cash payment history.

Wallet

Updating your credit card on file with Trade Network to ensure your cash fees remain current can be easily done online!

Access Your 1099-B Forms Electronically

From the "Tax Forms" section of the account management area, you can access and download all of your 1099-B forms. If you do not have a 1099 from Trade Network, it means that you did not record any barter sales during the prior calendar year.



When you click on your form, there will be a pop-up window. Type in the consent code and submit, and your 1099 form will immediately download.



Keep Your Directory Listing Up to Date


Your directory listing is the primary representation of your business to other Trade Network members. It's what they see when they search for your service, and it's what trade brokers reference when they receive requests for referrals. Therefore, regularly updating your listing is a smart strategy for attracting more business!


When you navigate to the directory listing option under account management, you'll have the opportunity to view and modify your current listing. Additionally, you can create additional directory listings for enhanced visibility if you offer multiple product lines, have multiple retail or office locations, etc.


Within your listing, you can upload photos, revise the description, adjust the directory categories, and we highly recommend adding a YouTube video if available to make your listing stand out even more!
