Trading Made Simple: Replacing Your Membership Card

Losing a membership card can happen to anyone, and it's always an inconvenience.


We are here to help! If you've lost your Trade Network member card, simply reach out to us through our website to request a new card. Or we can easily be reached through email, phone, and you can even text us!


Once requested, you can anticipate receiving your replacement card within 1-2 weeks.


In the meantime, you can continue to trade as usual by using your virtual membership card which can be found on our app.


If you haven't already, download the Trade Network app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, log in by using your existing email and password.


Next, navigate to the 'Card, Account, & Assistance' section in the main menu to find your virtual member card:




Here you will find your virtual member card. Don't let a lost card hold you back – with this digital alternative, you can seamlessly make trade purchases just like you would with a physical card.
