Emily Bestrom

Raised in the Grand Rapids area, Emily Bestrom earned her B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Hope College in 2021. After graduation, she supported international nurses in Nashville, Tennessee, and later taught English to high school students in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Emily is excited about the opportunity to help small businesses connect with one another and strengthen their relationships with the communities they serve. She values the customer service side of this work—listening, problem-solving, and creating positive experiences—and looks forward to bringing small businesses together through Bartering
