Daniel Shinaver

A Disabled Veteran and Former United States Marine who has dedicated his career to serving the community. After completing his service, he worked for 12 years as an Employment Developer in the non-profit sector, specializing in assisting homeless individuals, Veterans, and the incarcerated in finding gainful employment and stable housing. During this time, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Human Resources Management.

Inspired by his work with these populations, Daniel created his own employment development and placement services business. Today, he also contracts with the Michigan Department of Veteran's Affairs and the Trade Network, where he helps small businesses discover the value of joining a trade organization that specializes in barter services.
